PURPLE PASSION 4 Alzheimer's is a non-profit 501(c)3

         We are excited that our non-profit is officially certified and recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization. Joseph, who is CFO and Co-Founder of PP4Alz, spent the better part of the Holidays last year putting together the voluminous application and now our hard work has paid off. The certification is retroactive to November 16, 2009, which is the date that we incorporated in North Carolina.

        This certification means that we can expand our fundraising efforts through-out the community. We were approached several times since the beginning of the year to be a benefactor of a fundraiser, but had to decline, as we were not "officially" a non-profit. Now, organizations and individuals can conttibute to the cause knowing that their donations will be tax-deductible. This is a momentous step for us to raise awareness and funds to continue the fight to end Alzheimer's and to provide support to the Caregivers and those suffering from the disease.

The mission of PURPLE PASSION 4 Alzheimer’s is to raise funds and awareness of Alzheimer's, with particular concern for the Alzheimer’s Afflicted. We will achieve our goals through various programs and fundraisers. We will also support and promote Alzheimer’s non-profit Organizations.
