You may also mail your donation (no cash, please) directly to PURPLE PASSION 4 Alzheimer's. Our address is located on the top of our website pages. We will ensure that the donations reach the Honda Classic.
PURPLE Putting @ PGA is associated with the Birdies for Children Program, so we will recieve 100% of your donation, PLUS 10% match by the Honda Classic.
All donations made to Birdies for Children and PP4Alz are tax deductible. You may want to keep a copy of your Donation Form for record keeping purposes.
The more you donate, the more guesses you recieve. The GRAND PRIZE will be awarded to the donor who guesses the correct number of birdies. In the event of a tie, a blind drawing from all the correct guesses will determine the winner.
